派遣中の労働者について、派遣元の使用者からの賃金を派遣先の使用者が労働者本人に対して手渡すことだけであれば、第24条違反とはしない（昭和61年6月6日基発333号）。
またこの場合に使用者が賃金を支払うことは労働組合に対する支配介入に当たり、不当労働行為とされる（労働組合法7条）。新給与体系決定後に過去に遡及して賃金を支払うことを取り決める場合に、その支払い対象を在職者のみとするか、もしくは退職者を含めるかは当事者の自由であるから、新給与体系決定前に退職した者に遡及分を支給しないと取り決めても違法ではない（昭和23年12月4日基収4092号）。

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page
